NeoTile
I needed a way of developing tiles quickly and easily for my NGPC projects. NeoTile was the result.
Although I don't regard it as 'finished' by any means, it's certainly usable in its current form. It allows you to create tiles in an MDI environment with the usual painting tools, unlimited undo/redo and C code export.
Perhaps at some point, I'll get around to writing some documents on how to use it, though it's going through a bit of a rework right now; maybe it'll turn out completely differently.
